Trace Basements & Trace Remedial Building Services is a specialist contractor dealing with problems of moisture in buildings. We’re a family owned and run business trading 46 years; we’re multi-award winning and are the leading specialists in Manchester and the North West.
In particular we provide:Remedial damp treatments, dealing with rising & penetrating dampness.Timber preservation, via treatment of timbers in-situ or replacement, using traditional or modern timber resin splice techniques.Structural waterproofing, dealing with and preventing issues of groundwater ingress in structures below ground.
We work on everything from small to large scale residential, lots of commercial, new-build, historic and listed, for everyone from insurance companies, councils, investment funds, major house builders, and private clients.
